性的搾取の問題の根本は、実は「性的サービスを売る側への罰則がない」事だったりします。
業として売春を斡旋すればその業者は捕まりますが、売った本人の女性はた罪を問われない例が珍しくありません。
援助交際も、買う側への罰則はあっても売る側への罰則がないので、子供は罪の意識を持ちません。
子供の写真やパンツを売る行為も、買った側への罰則はありますが、売った親への罰則はありません、
この辺りが、規制法の効果が半減し片手落ちになっている原因です。

児童ポルノ規制法に絡む日本ユニセフ協会等の発表は欺瞞に満ちています。
たとえば彼らは日本が児童ポルノ大国だと主張していますが、統計的根拠は全くありません。
それどころか、児童ポルノの発信ではアメリカ54％、ロシア28％、ヨーロッパ8％と欧米で90％以上を占めていますし（アジアは7％弱）、
児童ポルノの利用者はアメリカ23％、ドイツ15%、ロシア8％で、日本は2%弱と米国の1割以下でしかありません。

さらに言えば、児童ポルノ規制法改正案の元になった統計を作った財団法人は、日常からデータ偽造を繰り返していたため処罰を受けており、また調査方法は対面式で、こういったデリケートな問題では絶対に使われない手法でデータを集めています。

この辺りはマスコミがほとんど報道しないので知らない方のほうが多いかと思います。
